What
could be so hard about managing a car wash? In a few
weeks, you should be ready to go. That's what many of
our manager candidates think at the outset - because
they really don't understand the expectations and requirements
we have for our managers.
We have learned that the managers who are most successful have learned our business
from the ground up. They have worked in every position
and know what is expected. We believe that training
is so important that we are willing to make a commitment
up to a full year before placing you as a manager.
The amount of training time required for each position will vary depending on
a candidate's knowledge and experience. All candidates
are given an individualized training plan that includes
anticipated training time in each position.
As a general guide, we anticipate the approximate training times for each position
for a candidate who has no prior Green Lantern experience
to be as follows:

Green Lantern's training
is rigorous and demanding, but when your training is
finished, you will be ready for the challenge and rewards
that await.
Training Salary - While in training, trainees are paid a salary commensurate with their previous
work experience and salary history.
